Nidia Rodriguez - Board Member

Human Resources and Translation Consultant.

Nidia has been an HR and translation consultant since 2011.  She was previously employed with OSI Systems for 11 years as an HR Manager responsible for 7 facilities in 5 states and 2 countries. She has a Bachelors Degree in Sociology and Spanish from UCSB. Nidia has been serving on the Board of Directors of the Western Ventura County Employer Advisory Council since 2008 and has been an EAC member since 2001. Nidia Rodriguez - Board Member

Yvonne has been in the staffing industry for over 20 years and has been part of the Western Ventura County Employer Advisory Council since 2005. Yvonne also serves on the board of directors for the San Fernando Valley EAC.

Ed has been a Consultant for over 25 years. He was previously a Senior Vice President with Bolton & Company before joining Colonial Western in 2008. Ed has been serving on the Board of Directors of the Western Ventura County Employer Advisory Council for three years.

She holds an L & D Insurance License for the State of CA; Her position with Western Ventura County Employer Advisory Council is Hospitality & Scholarship and has been a board member of EAC for over 7 years.

Kay Miller - Board Member

Kay has been employed at TDC for seven years. She has been serving on the Board of Directors of the Western Ventura County Employer Advisory Council since 9/07

Linda has been employed been employed by Time Warner Cable for 35 years and has served on the Employer Advisory Council Board of Western Ventura County in various positions since 1985.

Martha has been employed in the Human Resources Department at Raypak for 13 years.

Mike is founder of Central Courier Inc. Mike has been a Board member of the Western Ventura County Employer Advisory Council for two years.

Steve Sabedra - EDD Representative

EDD - Coordinator

Steve is the EDD Coordinator for the Western Ventura County Employer Advisory Council. His other assignments with EDD include Rapid Response, Agricultural Recall, and Targeted Recruitment Representative, and Youth Employment Opportunity Program Mentor.

Talia Barrera - Board member

Talia has been employed with the County of Ventura since 2009. She has served on Board of Directors of Western Ventura County Employer Advisory Council from 2009 to present.

Tom Gaughan, PA- Board Member

Coastal Occupational Medical Group - President/ Co-owner

Tom has been a member of West County Employer Advisory Council for over 20 years. He served on Board of Directors of Western Ventura County Employer Advisory Council first from 1988-1992 (Chair 1989) and re-joined the Board of Directors in 2005 thru present.

Yolanda Salvas - Board Member

Golden State Medical Supply, inc. - Human Resources Manager

Yolanda has worked in the Human Resources discipline for sixteen years and currently is employed with GSMS since September of 2010.  Yolanda is currently earning a MBA. In addition, Yolanda serves on the Ventura County Veteran Employment Committee.
